Base44 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using base44's services. By registering an account or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and base44 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by base44.
By accessing or using this platform in any way — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or downloading the app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to comply with all terms contained in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any other guidelines published by base44.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use base44's services and must discontinue use immediately. base44 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
The base44 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. base44 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on base44. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your login. base44 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
- Accurate Information: Your registered full name, phone number, and bank details must be accurate and belong to you.
- One Account: Only one account per individual, per device, or per household IP address is permitted.
- Password Security: Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Identity Verification: base44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport at any time, particularly when processing high-value withdrawals.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a base44 member, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any attempt to exploit the system, manipulate game outcomes, use automation software or bots, or engage in any form of fraud is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Platform Activities
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
- Making deposits or transactions using a payment method that does not belong to you.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Abusing promotions in a manner that goes against the specified promotional terms.
- Using unauthorised third-party software to interact with the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, and legal action where applicable. base44 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests linked to suspicious activity or breaches of these terms.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on base44 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved local payment methods, including online banking through FPX, Touch'n Go e-wallet, and other methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit is as specified for each payment method. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated for each method. base44 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in your name. base44 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times range from one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the chosen method and internal verification procedures.
Bonus balances are subject to the rollover requirements set out in the respective promotional terms. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly before wagering requirements are met. Winnings derived from bonus balances may be withdrawn once the rollover conditions have been fully satisfied.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Base44 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall base44's total liability to you exceed the amount of your most recent unused deposit.
Base44 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of anticipated profits, business interruption, or data damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if base44 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Intellectual Property
All content on the base44 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive intellectual property of base44 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or republish any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links & Account Policy
The base44 platform may contain links to third-party services or websites. base44 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access such links entirely at your own risk.
Base44 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to be in breach of this Agreement, or involved in fraud, promotion abuse, or any conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform. In cases of closure due to a breach, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Base44 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
